They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Cilnidipine and Irbesartan include increased potassium levels in the blood, dizziness, orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure upon standing), fatigue, ankle swelling, sleepiness, flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), headache, nausea, palpitations, and edema (swelling).
