How Bimatoprost works: Bimatoprost is a prostaglandin analogue that increases the outflow of aqueous humor, thereby lowering elevated eye pressure.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Bimatoprost include conjunctival hyperemia.

Bimatoprost helps lower high intraocular pressure and reduces the risk of vision loss.
For optimal results, instill one drop once daily in the evening or at night in the affected eye(s).
Bimatoprost may cause brown pigmentation of the iris, which could be permanent.
Your eyelashes may become denser, and the skin of the eyelids may darken.
