Safe when prescribed by an expert: Pyrigesic 1000 Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

However, Pyrigesic 1000 Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.
Caution Advised: Pyrigesic 1000 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Pyrigesic 1000 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Pyrigesic 1000 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Pyrigesic 1000 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
