Epnone T 25mg/20mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Epnone-T Tablet works This medicine is a combination of eplerenone and torasemide. They act on different parts of your kidney to remove extra water and certain electrolytes while maintaining the potassium balance in your body. Elimination of extra fluid leads to reduction in blood volume causing drop in elevated blood pressure. It then enables heart to pump more efficiently.
