In Bleeding Dubix-K Tablet helps normal blood clotting, which reduces the bleeding during menstruation or after a surgery. It helps to prevent excessive loss of blood, stops bleeding and enhances the healing process. Dubix-K Tablet blocks certain chemicals that causes pain and thus gives relief. This helps prevent complications of excessive bleeding such as hemorrhage. It is advisable to use the medicine as prescribed for it to be effective.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dubix-K Tablet is to be taken with food.
Dubix-K Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Mefenamic acid, Tranexamic acid and Vitamin K which reduce excessive bleeding and pain. Mefenamic acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tranexamic acid is an anti-fibrinolytic. It works by helping blood clot normally to reduce bleeding during periods, or after surgery. Vitamin K is also blood clotting vitamin which controls excessive bleeding.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Dubix-K Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Dubix-K Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Not Safe: Dubix-K Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Caution Advised: Dubix-K Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dubix-K Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Dubix-K Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Dubix-K Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Dubix-K Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
