How Decaine Oral Gel works Decaine Oral Gel is a combination of four medicines: Oxetacaine, Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium and Simethicone. Oxetacaine is a local anesthetic which provides fast relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach on account of its numbing effect. Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium are antacids which neutralize excess acid in stomach.
