Pupiletto 10% Eye Drop is used to enlarge the pupil for an eye examination. Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute immediately after instilling the drop. Pain in the eye may occur for 1-2 minutes. Notify your doctor if it persists for longer. Remove contact lenses before using Pupiletto 10% Eye Drop and give a gap of 10-15 minutes before wearing them again.
