Safe when prescribed by an expert: Paratec-DT 650mg Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

However, Paratec-DT 650mg Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.
Caution Advised: Paratec-DT 650mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Paratec-DT 650mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Paratec-DT 650mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
What if I forget to take it?
If a dose of Paratec-DT 650mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
