How to use
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Opsutan Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How it works
Opsutan Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. Opsutan Tablet helps relax these blood vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.
Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Opsutan Tablet . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Opsutan Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

What if I forget to take it?
