Iron is needed to produce the red blood cells that carry oxygen around your body.Take 3 Up Syrup in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Do not take it too little or too much, and take it regularly to get maximum benefits from the medicine. It is advisable to eat iron-rich foods like meat, eggs, raisins, broccoli and lentils along with taking 3 Up Syrup.The most common side effects include diarrhea, constipation, and dark-colored stools.
