How Veezol BZ Eye Drop works Veezol BZ Eye Drop is a combination of four medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Naphazoline, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate and Boric Acid. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Naphazoline is a decongestant which narrows the blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling).
