Alcohol

Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Tobrasooth 0.3% Injection . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.

Pregnancy

Tobrasooth 0.3% Injection is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

If a dose of Tobrasooth 0.3% Injection is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a refrigerator (2 - 8�C). Do not freeze.

Inform your doctor if you experience any hearing loss, sensation of ringing in the ears, or dizziness and unsteadiness. Can I stop taking Tobrasooth 0.3% Injection when I feel better? Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Tobrasooth 0.3% Injection may cause damage to cornea on long-term use. Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute immediately after instilling the drop. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution. Stinging sensation may occur for 1-2 mins. Notify your doctor if it persists for longer. Make sure to use it within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
