Give Thaz 5mg Syrup to your child by mouth either before or after food. If your child develops stomach upset, give it preferably after food. The usual prescribed frequency is two to four times a day but may vary as per your child�s condition. For motion sickness, give Thaz 5mg Syrup 30 to 60 minutes before travel whereas to prevent vomiting post-surgery, you may need to give it a night before the surgical procedure or just before the surgery and may need to continue it afterward as directed.If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking this medicine, give the same dose again. However, never repeat the dose if the next scheduled dose is near. Your child may start to feel better within a few days of regular dosing. In Treatment of Nausea Thaz 5mg Syrup blocks the action of chemicals in the body that can make you feel or be sick. It is often used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused due to some medicines or any other medical treatment. This medicine helps you recover more comfortably. The dose will depend on what you are being treated for but always take this medicine as it is prescribed. In Treatment of Allergic conditions Thaz 5mg Syrup is used to treat many different inflammatory and allergic conditions. It works by lowering your immune system?s response to these conditions and prevents the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation. It helps relieve symptoms such as swelling, pain, itching, and other allergic-type reactions. If you are not sure why you are being given this medicine, ask your doctor. This medicine is given orally (by mouth). You should always take it as it has been prescribed for you. Do not stop taking it without your doctor?s advice. This can cause unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. Because this medicine weakens your immune system, you should avoid being near people who are ill or have infections. In Treatment of Motion sickness Motion sickness is a condition caused due to motion during travel. You may experience spinning sensation (vertigo), nausea or vomiting as a result of this condition. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Thaz 5mg Syrup can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Thaz 5mg Syrup is an antiallergic medication. When the body is exposed to an allergen (pollen, animal dander, house dust, etc.), it releases a chemical called histamine. This chemical causes watery eyes, runny or blocked nose, sneezing, skin rashes, itching, etc. Thaz 5mg Syrup also works directly on several areas of the brain to prevent nausea and vomiting and help you feel more relaxed.
Kidney
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Thaz 5mg Syrup is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Thaz 5mg Syrup is recommended. Discuss with your child€™s doctor thoroughly before giving Thaz 5mg Syrup to your child in case of severe kidney disease
Liver
Caution Advised: Thaz 5mg Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Thaz 5mg Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Thaz 5mg Syrup is not recommended in children with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
Remain calm. Unless your child�s doctor has provided specific instructions, administer the missed dose once recalled. If it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Adhere to the prescribed dosing schedule and avoid administering a double dose to compensate for the missed one.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
Stop taking it at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results. Thaz 5mg Syrup may make your child feel sleepy. Ensure your child takes extra care when taking part in physical activities. Avoid using Thaz 5mg Syrup in children less than 2 years of age as it can cause fatal respiratory distress. Do not give Thaz 5mg Syrup if your child has liver disease. Tell the complete medical history of your child to the doctor. Stop Thaz 5mg Syrup and immediately report to the doctor if your child develops an itchy rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulties.
