This way it helps relieve symptoms like difficulty in passing urine, nighttime urination, and sudden urge to urinate.Silosure SF 8mg/5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on the severity of your condition. Do not stop taking the medicine suddenly. How Silosure SF Tablet works Silosure SF 8mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Silodosin and Solifenacin. Silodosin is an alpha-blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland, so urine is passed more easily. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder to prevent frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urination.

Pregnancy
