Silosure SF 8mg/5mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How Silosure SF Tablet works Silosure SF 8mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Silodosin and Solifenacin. Silodosin is an alpha-blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland, so urine is passed more easily. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder to prevent frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urination.
