In Treatment of Erectile dysfunction Sildaflow 20mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis. This allows blood to flow into the penis and produce an erection when sexually aroused. This medicine will only help get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. It is very effective but needs to be taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. Do not take this medicine if you also take medicines called nitrates (often given for chest pain).
Side Effects
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
How to use

How it works
Sildaflow 20mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your lungs thereby reducing the high blood pressure in the lungs. This allows your heart to work less to pump blood in your lungs.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Sildaflow 20mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Sildaflow 20mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Sildaflow 20mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Use of Sildaflow 20mg Tablet is not indicated in women.
Not Safe: Sildaflow 20mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Sildaflow 20mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Sildaflow 20mg Tablet is recommended. However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. A lowering of dose may be considered if it is not well-tolerated.
Caution Advised: Sildaflow 20mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Sildaflow 20mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. There is limited information available on the use of Sildaflow 20mg Tablet in patients with severe liver disease.
