These include infections of the ear, nose, throat, lungs, skin, and eye in adults and children. It is also used for treating typhoid fever and some sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhea. It works by stopping the growth of the bacteria causing the infection. This medicine usually makes you feel better quite quickly. However, you should continue taking it as long as it is prescribed even when you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Rox N 150mg Tablet DT is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Rox N 150mg Tablet DT is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Not Safe: Rox N 150mg Tablet DT may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Rox N 150mg Tablet DT is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Rox N 150mg Tablet DT may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.
Caution Advised: Rox N 150mg Tablet DT should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Rox N 150mg Tablet DT may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Rox N 150mg Tablet DT is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
