The common side effects of this medicine include headache, increased heart rate, high blood pressure, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, rash, acne, joint pain, increased risk of infections, decreased blood cells, and decreased potassium level in blood. If any of the side effects persist or get worse, consult the doctor immediately. Inform the doctor immediately if you experience any allergic reactions such as rash, shortness of breath, coughing, and swelling. Rejection usually happens due to attack by the immune system of the person receiving the transplanted organ on the transplant itself, in people who are receiving any organ transplants, like kidney, liver, heart etc. This medicine reduces the activity of a person's own immune system and prevents any such rejection.

Alcohol
Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Raparen 1mg Injection . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.
Pregnancy
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Raparen 1mg Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Breast feeding

Driving
SAFE - Raparen 1mg Injection does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Kidney
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Raparen 1mg Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Raparen 1mg Injection is recommended.
Liver
Caution Advised: Raparen 1mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Raparen 1mg Injection may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Dose adjustment is not recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.
Store in a refrigerator (2 - 8�C). Do not freeze.
Raparen 1mg Injection is used with other medications to prevent organ transplant rejection. Avoid certain vaccines during treatment as the vaccination may be less effective when taking Raparen 1mg Injection. Consult your doctor. Use effective methods of contraception during the treatment and for 12 weeks after Raparen 1mg Injection has been stopped. Limit the exposure to sunlight by covering your skin with clothing and using sunscreen with a high SPF because of the increased risk for skin cancer, when taking Raparen 1mg Injection.
