How it works
How Pinom C Tablet works Pinom C 20 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Olmesartan Medoxomil and Cilnidipine which lower blood pressure effectively. Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
