It stops the growth of fungus causing infection and helps relieve pain, swelling, redness, itching, or irritation in the ear. Make sure you complete the full course of treatment. This will ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning. Apply Ocan Ear Drop at least 2-3 times in a day or as prescribed by the doctor. In Treatment of Fungal skin infections Ocan Ear Drop is a combination of two medicines, Clotrimazole and Beclometasone, used to treat skin infections caused by fungi. These include infections like athlete?s foot, ringworm, vaginal thrush, and sweat rash. Clotrimazole works by killing and stopping the growth of fungi, thereby clearing the infection and relieving the symptoms. Beclometasone blocks the release of chemicals that cause symptoms such as itching, redness, and swelling. Therefore this medicine relieves the inflammation due to these infections. You should use this medicine for as long as it is prescribed, even if your symptoms disappear, otherwise they may come back. Depending on the type of infection you are treating, this may be several weeks. Even after your skin is completely cured, you may have to apply it occasionally to prevent the symptoms from returning.

Ocan Ear Drop is used to ease pain, swelling associated with ear infections. Put drops in the ear without touching the dropper to the ear. Stay on the side for 2 minutes or put a cotton plug in the ear. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the drop in these areas. Do not try to clean inside your ear with cotton buds. If you stick buds or other objects into your ear, they can further damage your ear. Just wipe the outside of your ear with a clean cloth or tissue if any discharge appears. Do not use the medicine for a longer time without doctor consultation. Make sure not to use the open bottle more than 4 weeks.
