How to use Nis Spas Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nis Spas 20mg/100mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
How it works
How Nis Spas Tablet works Nis Spas 20mg/100mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and nimesulide which relieve abdominal pain. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Nis Spas 20mg/100mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Nis Spas 20mg/100mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
