How Nimogin Suspension works Nimogin 50mg Suspension works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger, prostaglandin, in the body which is responsible for pain, fever, and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Nimogin 50mg Suspension should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nimogin 50mg Suspension may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Use of Nimogin 50mg Suspension is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Stay calm. Unless your doctor has prescribed a specific regimen for your child, you can give the missed dose if it's within 12 hours of the scheduled time. However, if the next dose is approaching, avoid giving a double dose and stick to the prescribed dosing schedule.
