In Treatment of Heavy menstrual bleeding Heavy menstrual bleeding is definitely a concern for every woman. Nexable-MF Tablet is a combination of medicine that helps treat heavy menstrual bleeding. It helps the lining of the uterus or womb to clot during periods and thus reduces heavy bleeding. It is advisable to use the medicine as prescribed for it to be effective. Also, you can do yoga or meditation to reduce stress and divert your mind during those days. In Treatment of Menstrual pain Nexable-MF Tablet relieves the pain due to muscle cramps during menstrual cycles (periods). It blocks the pain signals, relaxes the muscles and prevents sudden contractions (spasms) of muscles. This treats your pain and discomfort. You may also use a heating pad, take a hot water shower, avoid stress and try mild exercise for easing out the pain.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. Nexable-MF Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tranexamic Acid and Mefenamic Acid. Tranexamic Acid is an anti-fibrinolytic. It works by preventing the breakdown of blood clots to control excessive bleeding during periods. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Nexable-MF Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Nexable-MF Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Nexable-MF Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Not Safe: Nexable-MF Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Nexable-MF Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nexable-MF Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Nexable-MF Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Nexable-MF Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Nexable-MF Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Nexable-MF Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Nexable-MF Tablet helps relieve menstrual pain and abnormally heavy menstrual bleeding. Your doctor will prescribe the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time necessary to relieve your symptoms. Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach. Take it on the first day of a heavy period. Taking it before or after will not have any benefit. Inform your doctor if� there is no improvement in your bleeding after using this medicine for three consecutive menstrual periods. Inform your doctor if you have a history of kidney or liver disease.
