How it works
MUCINAC 10% INJECTION is an antidote for paracetamol poisoning. It works by increasing the level of glutathione, an antioxidant that neutralises the toxic products of paracetamol.

Safe when prescribed by an expert: MUCINAC 10% INJECTION is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: MUCINAC 10% INJECTION is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
SAFE - MUCINAC 10% INJECTION does not usually affect your ability to drive.

What if I forget to take it?
