Mtone 50mg Tablet/Itopride should be used carefully in patients with certain medical conditions due to its effects on the CNS, Prokinetic drugs, etc.

1. Anticholinergic Drugs (Moderate): Anticholinergic medicines (such as atropine or certain antihistamines) may reduce the prokinetic effect of itopride by opposing its action on gastrointestinal motility. This can decrease its effectiveness in relieving bloating, fullness, and delayed gastric emptying.
