How it works
Monolosin Capsule PR is an alpha blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. This helps empty the bladder completely and reduces the need to pass urine frequently or urgently in BPH.

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Monolosin Capsule PR is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Monolosin Capsule PR is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Monolosin Capsule PR is not indicated for use in women.

What if I forget to take it?
