Progesterone is a hormone that thickens the lining of the uterus and prepares it for the growth and development of the baby. So, it helps your uterus grow during pregnancy and also prevents any contractions that can otherwise lead to miscarriage.

Luproges 300mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.Avoid Luproges 300mg Tablet with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.

Luproges 300mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Luproges 300mg Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

There is limited information available on the use of Luproges 300mg Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Doctor consultation is advised.This medicine contains progesterone which can cause fluid retention in patients with underlying kidney disease.
