It works by killing the bacteria causing infections in the body. Make sure to complete the full course of treatment. This will ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning. LB Nir Syrup also restores the level of good bacteria in your stomach and thus prevents stomach upset due to the antibiotics.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
