In Benign prostatic hyperplasia : When your prostate gland becomes enlarged it can cause urinary problems such as difficulty passing urine and the need to go to the toilet frequently or urgently. It can also cause urine flow to be slower. If not treated, there is a risk that your urine flow will be completely blocked. Duman Tablet works by relaxing muscles in the bladder and prostate. So, it can rapidly relieve the symptoms and make it easier for you to urinate. It also helps to treat uncontrollable contractions (spasms) of the bladder muscles that causes frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and inability to control passing of urine. It also relieves painful, or frequent urination and reduces urgency to urinate. Take this medicine exactly as prescribed for maximum benefits.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Impotence, Allergic reaction, Decreased sperm count']

Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Duman Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.

Duman Tablet is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitors. It blocks an enzyme which is necessary to change testosterone to another hormone that causes the prostate to grow. As a result, it helps to shrink the prostate and relieve the symptoms like difficulty in passing urine.

Alcohol

Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Duman Tablet . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.

Pregnancy

Not Safe: Duman Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.

Breast feeding

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Information regarding the use of Duman Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.

Driving

SAFE - Duman Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Duman Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Duman Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Duman Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Duman Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Duman Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

If a dose of Duman Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Your doctor has prescribed Duman Tablet to shrink the enlarged prostate and reduce the risk of urinary retention. It may take 3 to 6 months to see the full beneficial effect of Duman Tablet. Hence, continue taking the medicine as advised by your doctor. Duman Tablet is usually well tolerated. However, it may produce some mild sexual side effects such as low sexual drive. Do not donate blood for 6 months after taking the last dose of Duman Tablet.
