It works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to the brain to decrease the sensation of pain. Methyl Salicylate is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Linseed Oil, also known as flaxseed oil, has an anti-inflammatory effect that helps to reduce pain and swelling. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) that works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Benzyl Alcohol is used as a preservative.
