How Dipiglo VH Tablet works Dipiglo VH 10mg/12.5mg/160mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Amlodipine, Hydrochlorothiazide, and Valsartan. Both work by relaxing blood vessels and make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic. It lowers blood pressure and fluid retention in edema by removing the extra water and certain electrolytes from the body.
