In Pain relief Diclofon Tablet gives relief from arthritis, muscle, back, ear or throat pain. It works best if they are used when the first signs of pain occur. It also helps reduce fever associated with severe pain. Reducing these symptoms helps you do more of your normal daily activities. If you are using Diclofon Tablet for arthritis, it may take up to 2 weeks of regular use for complete benefit. It is advisable to continue the medicine until your doctor advises you to stop.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Diclofon Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Diclofon Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tramadol. Diclofenac and Paracetamol work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Diclofon Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Diclofon Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Diclofon Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.
Not Safe: Diclofon Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Diclofon Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.
Caution Advised: Diclofon Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Diclofon Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Diclofon Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
