Along with taking Cof Q Lozenges, gargling with warm salt water and having ginger or honey can help you feel better.

Cof Q Lozenges is a combination of two medicines: Amylmetacresol and dextromethorphan. Amylmetacresol is an antiseptic medicine which works by killing the bacteria associated with mouth and throat infections. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain.
