In Bacterial infections Alexi-DX 250mg/250mg Injection is a medicine that helps to kill the bacteria that cause different infections and treats your infection. This medicine is given by a doctor or nurse into a vein and should not be self-administered. It usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

Alexi-DX 250mg/250mg Injection is a combination of two antibiotics: Amoxycillin and Dicloxacillin. These antibiotics work by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Together, they treat your infection effectively.
