Diacerein is a proteoglycan synthesis stimulator which blocks the chemicals that cause inflammation and pain and helps in the building of cartilage (the soft connective tissue in the bones near the joints) in the body.Acq XL 100mg/50mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Diacerein which relieve muscle and joint pain.
