Uses

Xipamide is used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), heart failure, and kidney stones. It also addresses edema (fluid overload) associated with heart, liver, kidney, or lung diseases.

How it Works

How Xipamide works Xipamide is a thiazide diuretic that lowers blood pressure and reduces fluid retention in edema by eliminating excess water and certain electrolytes from the body. Additionally, it gradually relaxes blood vessels and enhances blood flow.
