Common side effects of Xantinol Nicotinate include slow heart rate, flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), photophobia, pupil dilation, palpitations, dryness in the mouth, arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats), constipation, increased heart rate, dry skin, difficulty urinating, excessive thirst, reduced bronchial secretion, and loss of accommodation.
