Trametinib Uses Trametinib is used in the treatment of melanoma. If you miss a dose of trametinib, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Common side effects of Trametinib include rash, diarrhea, lymphedema, fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, peripheral edema, cough, headache, joint pain, night sweats, decreased appetite, constipation, and muscle pain.
