Common side effects of Thalidomide include nausea, rash, breathlessness, dizziness, edema (swelling), decreased calcium levels in the blood, fatigue, muscle weakness, anxiety, confusion, decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), constipation, tremors, sensory neuropathy, changes in body weight, decreased white blood cell count (lymphocytes), thromboembolism, muscle pain, anaphylactic reaction, headache, sleepiness, and decreased potassium levels in the blood.
