Short Description of Sodium Chloride

Sodium Chloride (Sodium Chloride) is a purified saline solution used topically to maintain nasal hygiene and relieve discomfort in the nasal passages. Formulated as a drug-free, isotonic solution, it mimics the natural salt concentration of bodily fluids, making it gentle and non-irritating. It is primarily used to moisturise dry nasal membranes and to thin and loosen thick mucus associated with congestion. Because it contains no active medicinal stimulants or decongestants, it is considered safe for use across all age groups, including infants and the elderly.

Sodium Chloride is a sterile saline nasal preparation used to cleanse and moisturise the nasal passages.
