Common side effects of Ribociclib include rash, nausea, constipation, fatigue, diarrhea, decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), hair loss, back pain, infection, anemia (low red blood cell count), decreased appetite, vomiting, headache, low blood platelets, decreased potassium level in blood, decreased white blood cell count (lymphocytes), dizziness, vertigo, fainting, increased lacrimation, breathlessness, cough, itching, abnormal liver enzymes, and decreased calcium level in blood.
