Tranexamic Acid is an anti-fibrinolytic that works by preventing the breakdown of blood clots to control excessive bleeding during menstruation or after surgery. Pine Bark Extract, also known as Pinus pinaster, has been found in some studies to be effective in preventing bleeding.
