How Timolol and Oxychloro Complex work Timolol and Oxychloro Complex is a combination of two medicines: Timolol and Oxychloro Complex. Timolol is a beta blocker that decreases the production of aqueous humor (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering increased eye pressure. Oxychloro Complex acts as a preservative.

Common side effects of Timolol and Oxychloro Complex include burning eyes, itching, stinging in the eyes, eye redness, and blurred vision.

Initial use may cause watery eyes and temporary blurred vision, which typically resolves quickly. Ensure clear vision before driving or operating machinery.
Always wash your hands before and after using Timolol+Oxychloro Complex to prevent infection transfer. Remove the cap just before use and avoid touching the nozzle. Tilt your head back, pull down your lower eyelid with a clean finger, and place a single drop in the space between your eyelid and eye. Close your eye and gently press the inside corner of your eye for about a minute to prevent drainage. Repeat for the other eye if instructed by your doctor.
Avoid using Timolol+Oxychloro Complex if you are allergic to it or any of its components. If unsure about allergies or using it for the first time, consult your doctor.
Do not wear contact lenses while using Timolol+Oxychloro Complex. You may reinsert them 15 minutes after application. Contact your doctor if eye irritation persists.
Always consult your doctor before using other eye drops with Timolol+Oxychloro Complex. Maintain a gap of at least 10-15 minutes between applications.
Use one drop in each eye twice a day, or as prescribed by your doctor. If eye pressure is stable, your doctor may adjust the dosage to one drop once daily. Do not alter the dosage without consulting your doctor.
Contact your doctor immediately if you experience eyelid swelling, eye pain, dry eyes, a foreign body sensation, persistent headaches, or discharge from the eyes. Also, inform your doctor about any scheduled eye surgeries.
Headaches are a rare side effect of Timolol+Oxychloro Complex. Consult your doctor for suitable pain relief if headaches persist.
