How Nimesulide, Paracetamol, and Tizanidine Work Nimesulide, Paracetamol, and Tizanidine is a combination of three medications that relieve pain and relax muscles. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), while Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant that acts on the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms and to improve pain and muscle movement.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Nimesulide, Paracetamol, and Tizanidine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sleepiness, weakness, increased liver enzymes, and dry mouth.
