How Nimesulide, Paracetamol, and Dextropropoxyphene work: Nimesulide, Paracetamol, and Dextropropoxyphene is a combination of three medicines that relieve pain and relax muscles. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) that decreases the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Nimesulide, Paracetamol, and Dextropropoxyphene include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sleepiness, dizziness, and increased liver enzymes.
