Simethicone is an antifoaming agent that disintegrates gas bubbles, allowing for the easy passage of gas.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Mosapride and Simethicone include diarrhea, dry mouth, general discomfort, abnormal liver function tests, fulminant hepatitis (viral infection of the liver), and jaundice.
