Mometasone is a steroid that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) responsible for making the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Nadifloxacin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria, while Terbinafine is an antifungal that inhibits the growth of fungi causing skin infections.
