Metformin + Nateglinide + Voglibose

Uses

How Nateglinide, Metformin, and Voglibose work Nateglinide, Metformin, and Voglibose is a combination of three anti-diabetic medications that act in different ways. Nateglinide increases the amount of insulin released by the pancreas, which helps prevent blood glucose levels from rising excessively after meals. Metformin, on the other hand, lowers glucose production in the liver, delays the absorption of sugar (glucose) from the intestines, and enhances the body's sensitivity to insulin. Voglibose inhibits the intestinal enzymes responsible for breaking down complex sugars into simple sugars like glucose, thereby preventing significant spikes in blood glucose levels immediately after meals.
