Common side effects of Lorlatinib include peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness in the feet and hands), breathlessness, mood changes, weight gain, fatigue, edema (swelling), high blood pressure, diarrhea, cough, joint pain, hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol), and increased triglyceride levels in the blood.
