How it Works

How Lercanidipine works Lercanidipine is a calcium channel blocker that helps regulate blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and reducing the pressure within them. This action makes it easier for the heart to pump blood throughout the body, thereby normalizing blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Lercanidipine include flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), headache, palpitations, tachycardia, and peripheral edema.
