Common side effects of Ixabepilone include vomiting, fatigue, fever, muscle pain, musculoskeletal pain (bone, muscle, or joint), mucosal inflammation, decreased white blood cell count, anemia (low red blood cell count), joint pain, hair loss, low blood platelets, peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness in the feet and hands), nail disorder, constipation, loss of appetite, diarrhea, and nausea.
